These services, both regional and municipal, are tasked with providing care and/or support to individuals with mental health issues. The purpose of the investigations is to gather users' experiences of the care, support, and treatment they receive through in-depth interviews, and to create a qualitative development basis for each service. The goal is to strengthen and improve the services' efforts from the user perspective. Read more about user-led user audits on our website www.nsphvastmanland.se/brukarrevision/
